as it is prescribed by your pediatrician,it must be safe
you can use it
but if cradle cap is mild then you can cure it using homemade remedies and care
for example
apply coconut oil on your child hair
wash your child hair using mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo
but avoid giving frequent head baths
