AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can take paracetamol for urself for fever. It is safe to take during breastfeeding. For cold take steam inhalation and drink warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day. Take care
