#AskTheExpert As a frontline worker my wife needs to get vaccinated but since she is breastfeeding is it adviced to take the covishield ?

A. hi your baby is 18 months old now as she is old enough to wean you might take the covid through its not advisable to be taken with breast feeding

A. Hi Mom YEs she can Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Stay hydrated Try to keep head up position while feeding
