ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. no you cannot determine it it at home on any basis and you need to get a proper checkup by your doctor or else do a proper sonography and if the level is below 7 you need to start medication immediately
