Ofcourse genetic factors depends on growth but balanced diet with calcium, protein rich foods helps in overall growth in kids.
Feed protein, calcium iron, rich foods.
Milk and diary products use ghee/cheese/butter while preparing baby foods daily curd rice or with roti , Paneer weekly twice daily egg if you're not vegan meat alternate days or twice a week atleast idly, toor Dal, urad dal ladoo,dry fruits powder /dry fruits milk shake or Ladoo/barfi daily one all these will increase weight .
Expose baby to sunlight give balanced diet , engage in physical activities like playing outside, cycling all will help in increasing baby's height.
