#asktheexpert after pregnancy my skin has shown dullness and some spots on the cheeks has appeared lightly.. why is this so and what should I do to get rid of it all?

A. its actually hormone. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.
