#asktheexpert After normal delivery I am having pain in my tailbone, if I sit for long hours it hurts when try to stand. Havjng 3 month old baby. Please suggest something which helps to cure this pain.

A. hi mom tailbone pain after delivery I is quite common .. u need to do regular exercise .. do hot fomentation ... take pain killers after consulting with the doctor
