Q.

#Asktheexpert After delivery my weight is lossing and become my body is very week. Then someone suggest me to check Thyroid and I check it and I found I have postpartum hyper thyroidism. What can I do for weight gain and which type food is better for me?

A. dear mom dont worry you should have good protiens in diet like dals, eggs, chicken , paneer ,soya, tofu milkshakes lassi swwet daliya, sheera mix vegetable daliya with ghee

A. Hi dear U can take egg, chicken, fish, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, pulses, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, dry fruits etc for weight gain.. Do not skip your meals. Take care
