it might be piles or fissure which is caused by constipation.
so , please drink plenty of fluids.
take fiberious diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
avoid bakery food items.
you can drink warm milk with one tbsp of ghee before sleep time ,it will help to make stool soft and easy to pass.
