#asktheexpert after delivery, i got my first periods in jan first week, after that periods is coming every 10-11 days. why it is irregular and when it will be normal

after you deliver your child..
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.. you should once consult your gynaecologist

There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers periods are Irregular. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry. Take care
