#AskTheExpert After c-section delivery i m facing lower back pain.Now my baby is 6months old still i m having back pain.If their is any suggestion please tell

A. You can have this pain even until 1 to 1 and half year post delivery. It will go away on its own as it happens because of hormonal changes. You can use pillows while sleeping and sitting and use a tummy belt to support your back during rest of the timeWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hello mam back pain is quite common after C-section delivery so I would just advise you call once you’re stitches are completely healed go for a proper exercise and a body massage as that will really help you a lot with it. Other than that I hope your doctor has given new supplements like calcium multivitamin and I don’t you do need to continue that for another six months for a better health. And if you still you have too much of pain which is unbearable just consult your gynaecologist once
