#asktheexpert after baby delivery maximum time I suffer back pain ,how can I relief this pain sir

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective take adequate rest and have regular daily walking
