#AskTheExpert after 8 month of delivery still having upper back pain ..not taking calcium iron tablets.. I don’t like taking medicine what to do

That is personally your choice that if you do not like taking them don’t take it then you’ll actually suffer with all these deficiencies and which are always going to lead to all these problems Sweety is completely yo call that whether you choose choose to take these medicines or you can go ahead with taking the pain that you have . So it is important that you do not skip supplements
