#AskTheExpert after 6 month what should be the diet chart for my baby boy

A. dear mum, after 6 months, you can begin with porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curds, later mashed paneer cheese, Vegetable Daliya. add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
