Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Avoid offering cow's milk to your baby before he or she turns one year old as it might be too heavy for a baby's stomach if introduced at this age. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Cow's milk also has less iron content when compared to breast milk or iron fortified formula milk.
