diet during loose motion should be very simple diet
you can give rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk  puffed rice poha upma daliya lime water rice water dal water idli dosa. you can give only three fruits that is apple banana and pomegranate. avoid any other sugars because that can cause both vomiting and diarrhoea.

you cannot give milk and dairy products except curd and buttermilk. do not give biscuits maida ice cream chocolate chips cake packet foods oily spicy tea coffee soda. you cannot give salads uncooked raw foods juice glucon d sugar juice. you cannot give cerelac because that also contain milk.
 the whole importance of thde diet is that you have to give only easily digestible food and heavy food has to be avoided

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21  to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give Econorm sachet to the baby. If you see any blood spots in the poop or if the poop color changes to black or white then it is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
