#AskTheExpert 9 months old boy baby, frequently he spit out little quantity of food after food feed. some times(twice he did in 3 months) he spit everything and even ors water also. consulted doctors. they say it's fine np with baby he is alright. that common it seems. any suggestions????

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Spitting up is normal and completely harmless for most infants. When the spitting up or vomiting becomes too frequent, your child may have Gastroesophageal Reflux (GER). This reflux is a result of an immature digestive system and the poor closure of the valve (ring of muscle) at the upper end of the stomach.
