#AskTheExpert 7 month old baby constipating a lot, I gave him water, breast milk to make him go poo daily but no use please suggest what else can I do

A. Constipation in babies is common especially when some new foods are introduced. Include fiber rich foods like broccoli, beans, peas soup, apple and prune juice, water, etc. Massage the stomach in circular motion and move legs in cycling rotation.
