Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Baby should be exclusively Breastfeed till completion of 6 months Nothing except mother's milk has to be given. not wbe water has to be given . otherwise baby may take less breastmilk & this may adversely affect baby's growth
