#asktheexpert 3 year old baby boy is pressing his tummy over my knee and sometimes at the side of chair and small table

A. Tummy pain in children is very common. Most children will not need any specific treatment and the pain will get better by itself. constipation, a waterworks infection (urinary tract infection) and tummy bugs (gastroenteritis). caused by something more serious, such as appendicitis
