Spoo Shampoo is going to be good ideally right now for dandruff issues but I would like to tell you at the same time of the dandruff has been so deep and taken into the scalp of the child then I would you say that get the scalp of the child shaved off completely your child is too small it is a good age to go for it if you can manage go for that otherwise use the shampoo regularly and still if required consult a dermatologist
