#AskTheExpert 1st june me n my twin got covid positive.. bt they hd no symtoms. now i n my twin perfectly fine. what diet better for my child n any need of treatment?

A. dear mother you must always feel yourself and your kids according to the weather condition fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables should always be preferred taking coconut water for both you and your friends are recommended and you must also stay inside the home as much as possible because the weakness is still there in the body and you need to recover it
