A. it is a condition in which there is restriction in the movements of the tongue due to presence of band tissue beneath the tongue which is attached to the floor of the mouth. it may cause restriction in feeding drinking and later speech and articulation of words. if the child is not having any complaints then no treatment is required but this has to be discussed with your doctor who will tell you whether any surgical intervention for the removal of baxnd is required or not(tongue tie division) the cure procedure can be carried out at any age. if tongue-tie is left alone, babies can often grow out of it as their mouthx develops. however, some cases of tongue-tie may require surgery for correction.

A. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe and baby is too small for operation
