1)Since I am O+ my daughter had jaundice at 3rd day of her birth, she was given phototherapy at NICU for 2 days and the bilitubin levels were stabilized,then we got her home, how may days she will take to recover fully?

there is always a chance of neonatal jaundice in small children within one or maximum 2 weeks of birth in which the skin as the eyes may appear yellow. 
you have to meet the doctor for evaluation of the jaundice.
normal simple jaundice will go away on its own with only breastfeeding but if it is more your doctor will advise phototherapy.
the yellowness from the eyes may take around 1 to 1 and half month to totally go away.  
hiccups in children occur due to gas which is present in the stomach. 
during the feeding process child takes air along with milk and that air goes inside the stomach which                irritates leading to hiccups. 
you have to offer feeding as well as do proper burping(for atleast 20 minutes) to decrease this problem and it is a self limiting problem
