you can go for any type of diaper for your child. it can be either readymate or homemade. 
it can single use or it might be reusable once. it can be of any brand.

the most impportant thing that you have to follow is that it should not cause peri anal skin allergy as well as it has to be changed regularly before it can cause perianal rash.
if it is causing allergy then kindly change the brand

Diaper rash prevention is very important where certain things should be kept in mind specially in winter season. 
Changing your baby's diaper immediately  after it gets soiled is the key to prevention of diaper rash
Air dry when possible
 •  A good company diaper like pampers/ babyhug/ mamy poko should be used and diaper free interval in between is very important.
Use irritafnt free products
Use a good diaper rash cream before and after using diapefr like easinappy cream .
Also apply coconut oil to make the skin moist.
