ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. both after 1 yr.. Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetable n fruit puree too. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods.
