Not now just exclusively breast feed your baby till six months avd later start Ruth liquids and semi solids to tue baby and burp baby well after feeds taur care

don't give, continue exclusively breast feed if she having cold, stick to the good  home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using  nasal saline drops
