#asktheexper Dr m mother of 2 and half months baby boy. after delivery my breastfeeding is good.. but last two days my feed supply is vry low.. my baby all tym crying feel hungry

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet and also glean give baby formula milk if it is less.
