#asktheexpeet hello I am 5months pregnant and alreat overweight when I conceived I started at 78 kg and today I am 84 kg how can I control my weight gain and how much more I will gain during remaining 4 months

mam , ideally a pregnant lady can gain weight around 10 to 12kg throughout the pregnancy.
so , your weight is good.
no need to worry.
please take Healthy and nutritious diet.
take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist
