#AskTheExp I have a ceserian delivery..nd my baby girl is now 13 months..but I don't have regular period...is it normal..or need to check up.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods fter delivery is very normal. please have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products. and also follow the regular exercise routine.
