#AsktheExoert My 13 months old son does not drink cow milk at all. What should I do?? I have to bring him into habit of drinking milk. He only likes feeding from her mother.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can start with little quantity of cow milk. You can also add powdered nuts to it to enhance the taste. You can also give fruit smoothies.
Cow milk can also be given in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
