#asktheexmy daughter is 15 months old and I haven't got my periods yet.. I have pcos and I am breastfeeding.. I had got it once when she was 1 month old.. and not after that till now..

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. It is advisable for you to consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
