Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching up to us with this question as long as your baby complete one year old you can now start offering everything that you eat as a family you don't need to cook separately for your child just make sure that is Spice levels and salt levels are a little lesser than what you eat as a family
