I wish there was something called weight gaining food but it is actually not like that if your child is going to eat an entire plate of food whatever is traditionally cooked at home that’s going to be much more healthy but if you are just looking for something that’s going to be more appropriate then that’s going to be proteins veg and non-veg food.Write Your Answer Here
