#askthedoctor My 11 month old baby routine: morning wakeup 8-8:30 , 1st nap 11/11:30. He takes 1.5 hrs of nap. 2nd nap at 4/4:30. Here he takes 1/1.5 hrs of nap, bedtime 10/10:30. He just don’t sleep throughout the night. Frequent wakeup. And whenever he is awake in morning he is tired. He keeps on yawing until he takes the 1st nap. Can you please see where im lacking behind? As his sleep is very bad. He is a very light sleeper. Why he is donning like this. What would be the reason?

Maam if you feel that your child is a light sleeper you should prefer using quarter or earplugs I think that is going to help in avoiding the current situation also make sure that your child is eating proper food which child is fed well before you put your child to sleep very certain that is going to solve your problem
