#askthedoctor hèllo doctor my self adilakshmi I'm the mother of 10months old baby..after my c sec I got some backache i can't work more...so please suggest me some food diet n medication to reduce that pain

A. Start taking a calcium supplement and have milk and milk products and avoid forward bending and include ragi in your diet and also swipe on a hard bed instead of soft mattress and while feeding maintain right posture

U Make a to check with your doctor because this pain could be associated with your delivery also it’s better that you get a check with your doctor the doctor can actually figure out what would be the reason and according to that only they will advise you with medication and treatment of any required
