there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the important thing would be that it should not cause skin allergy as well as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash.
that means diaper has zto be changed according to the urinary frequency of the child
you can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash

No You cannot use diapers all the time it is going to have severe rashes on the skin of the child and also fungal infections it is not an underwear that you can think that you can food for 24 hours without changing it or something or without a gap it’s absolutely not recommended
