A. Hello dear, you should walk regularly and do exercise and yoga. Avoid fatty foods, processed foods, packaged foods, sweets, cookies, pastry, refined foods. Take homemade healthy foods. Include more seasonal vegetables and fruits. Start you day with fruits salad. Complete your dinner 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
