shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear in that case you really need to get it changed from the dentist because there can be some cavities as well which need to be filled otherwise this can cause infection as well along with that it is very important to brush the teeth of the baby at least two times in a day with the toothpaste contains fluoride in it
