Loosing weight post delivery is little difficult but not impossible so have patience
Have small and frequent meals
Reduce the intake of sugar, bakery products, maida, namkeen, fried foods, sweets , excess ghee, juices in the diet
Replace sugar with jaggery or stevia
Have more vegetables and salad in the meal
Include oats, daliya, bajra, jowar, quinoa , brown rice in your diet and reduce wheat and rice
Take 3 fruits per day
Take proteins with each meal that is paneer, daal, sprouts, beans, eggs
Water 2 to 3 litre per day
Have green tea twice a day
Workout for 45 mins daily
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and Protein in your diet. Also eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises
