#askexperts I my 40 year old n my weight is69 how I m loosing weight

A. Hello mom you have to start with a exercise regime for at least 30 to 45 mins daily and be it brisk walking or yoga or any other form of exercise. Diet also needs to be very mindful and you need to avoid sugary , refined and processed foods
