A. Hello mom You can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes early morning. You have to do it regularly for better results and also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
