A. Dear Mom You can wait for 2 more months till your baby completes 6 months . Till then you can stop high calorie foods like fried foods, sugary sweets, junk foods You can also exercise for 30 minutes a day

A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and shed extra kilos from your body.
