A. Start walking. Keep breastfeeding. You can start with weight training after consultation with your doctor. Keep a watch on your fat and calorie intake. Eat lots of fresh fruits, green vegetables, lean meat, whole grains and low fat dairy products. Choose to eat small meals at short intervals. This will keep blood sugar levels steady. Get lots of sleep. Eat healthy. Avoid any sugar based treats. Eat high fibre snacks and flavoured yoghurts or low fat milk. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Keep stress levels to minimum. Sip on a glass of water before you have your meals.
