as it happens because of hormonal changes , so instead of taking tablets for this I would suggest to prefer Natural ways.
for that , take Healthy and nutritious diet.
especially , fruits like apple, pomegranate , Amala, strawberry etc more
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight) with curd and apply it on your hair , leave to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
it will definitely help.
