#askdoctors :- What should be taken in the regular diet to increase the weight of children?

A. Hi dear mom In ur kids regular diet add some of the weight gaining food like egg, chicken, Banana shake, mango shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, paneer, cheese, dry fruits, ghee etc for weight gain. Take care
