AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom At 5 years the height should be anywhere between 16 - 18 kgs. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Take care
