Kids should be given complete balanced diet during this pandemic
Fruits - at least 2 servings for fresh and seasonal fruits should be included
Vegetable- 3 - 4 katori of vegetables per day ... can be given in any form the child likes
Milk and milk products or poultry - 2-3 serving
Whole grains and pulses- 3-4 servings per day
Include dry fruits in the diet
Reduce the intake of chips, chocolate, biscuits, suGary drinks
Make sure that kids are physically active for 1 hr daily
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. as i can see baby is 6 years of old so you can give all three balance meal of breakfast lunch and dinner.
along with that add dates ,soaked dry fruits, haldi milk once in a week , and if baby drinks kadha you can give that also to boost immunity.
and also try to feed all seasonal fruits and vegetables, coconut water, plenty of fluids.
