#askdoctors my baby is of 3+ his weight is 13 kg. i try alot but his weight not incressing..

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated healthy all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
