ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can start with apple or banana. then dal water, sooji. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge
